Prof. PJ serves as the current director at IIIT-Hyderbad. PJ is known for his works in computer vision, computer graphics, and parallel computing on GPU. Prof. Anoop is associated with the Centre for Visual Information Technology (CVIT). His research interests include Pattern Recognition, Biometrics, Document Understanding, and Computer Vision. Prof. Avinash works as an assistant professor affiliated with CVIT at IIIT-H. Prior to his association at IIIT-H, he served as a research scientist at Xerox Research Centre, India.

Prof. Chaitanya teaches at IIIT-H. His research interests include Language Translation, NLP for Indian languages, Intellectual traditions of India, Vedanta.. Prof. Paul works as a research professor at IIIT-H. Her areas of expertise include Computational morphology, computational syntax and semantics and theoretical linguistics.

Prof. Jennifer Widom served as chair of the Computer Science Department from 2009-2014 and as Senior Associate Dean in Stanford's School of Engineering from 2014-2016. Her research interests span many aspects of nontraditional data management.
